Red-Purple Japanese Maple 'Atropurpureum' A beautiful small tree with deeply lobed, red-purple leaves that transform into a brilliant scarlet in autumn before gracefully falling. 'Atropurpureum' is a slow-growing acer with an arching habit, and its foliage displays a deeper purple colour in areas with more light, while greener hues manifest in lower light areas.
